nope. wkw did not direct this, tho the cinematography does bear semblances to his style..
i watched this alr and it wasn't that superb imo (too long and draggy, acting seems abit tried at times but there were moments that got me and ending was moving and heartfelt) but films centred on subject matters like triads/mafias/gansters/brotherhood in the asian context never fail to appeal, esp when the leads in this one are rather dashing.
