Ephesus Euphoria

Turkey bound in approx. eight hours, me is in quite a frenzied state of excitement noww! not a great time to be setting off with pressing matters at hand, but i guess the only thing i can do now is get as much out of the trip as possible. saw the tour agent's message to mum- a biting minus nine to four degress awaits! not so welcoming at all..ughh:( well, apart from the weather, am pretty much stoked on all the rest thats in the bag. its gonna be some awesome:>

still have things to pack, packages to send and meetin sf at the airport!
Hope Xmas was good and New Year will be smashing!

when will i ever learn. when
i feel like i am blatently burning my bridges all the time, delibrately going against something i dont know what and thinkin lady luck will somehow miraculously shine on me
twenty minutes and a whole lot of procrastination is causing some distress right now
i need to have punctuality and discipline knocked into my numb skull

i wonder what i am really thinking sometimes. like really thinking at the very core.
cos you know sometimes, even you cant figure yourself out.

having a third of your life (i say a third bcos judging by my lifeline, eighty seems like a stretch) pass you by in a blur is rather dampening.

things would be alot easier if my birthday and new year wish came true.
for now, i really just cant wait to leave for turkey.

a modest apocalypse, fer realzz

Okay, here's the deal, after months of contemplation, deliberation and for the most part- procrastination, i finally got down to puttin some stuff up for sale. Being the complete techno dummy, i had to fumble for abit on livejournal. So here it is, nothin fancy or anything really wow, just a little space to house some new, some old, some second items sourced from anywhere and everywhere. This is just a start, i promise there are better things to come:)

And in case you dont know, ama is the brainchild of corinne and i. she was the one who came up with that name! sadly, that girl is in china now...and doesnt have a clue its up and running cos i could no longer stand the sight of things piling up since half a year ago!

So pleeease do go and at least have a look-see! Would be fantabulous if you could spread the word for me too! merci beaucoup!

chang chen is, for the most part, the main reason of course. tho i have no doubts it'll be great too. just that, i have no idea if its even gonna be shown here:<

speakin of cinema, i was just watchin the golden horse awards just now and it probably reaffirmed my thought that out of all the asian countries, Taiwan has got to be THE one i can most identify with , in terms of like everything. its hard to place a finger on tho, what it specifically is. they just have this ease and sense of humour i really appreciate. not to mention, in this skid that was performed, all my favourite male actors/celebs were in it, having this entertaining conversation as to what movie they should shoot to beat cape no.7. they called it seahorse no.45 i think. haha!

Kraftwerk last wed was amazing in every sense of the word. each track spoke of an entire story/message on its own that was just thought provoking and stimulating at the same time. coupled with some killer graphics and the highly hypnotic soundscapes , i was relishing every single moment. without a doubt, best concert of the year;)

Thank god for the absolut and chloe of course, we had a blast.

not to say it wasn't without drama tho-

adriel the smart ass came in shorts and was denied entry so he had to go to trusty mustafa to buy some pants, surprisingly chic at that i must say.

then, chloe had one too much to drink and graced the dancefloor with contents of her gut just as all was goin well.

then then finally, remy had to lose his wallet just as we wrapped things up, so a mini search ensued.

well well, i guess sometimes u gotta pay the price for fun huh.
